CREATIVE SEWLUTIONS is based within The Quilt Haus, a 3300 square foot fabric/quilt store located in beautiful New Braunfels, Texas. We invite you to visit us if you are in the Austin/San Antonio area - New Braunfels is right in between. We are located in the New Braunfels MarketPlace, on the southbound access road of Interstate 35.  Map and driving directions.  Our regular store hours are Monday-Saturday, 9:30-5:30 and Sunday, 12-5. Parking is readily available; busses are welcome.

SHIPPING:  At Creative Sewlutions, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all regular price orders over $25.  We package and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within one to two business days. We have selected reliable and economical methods of shipping - US Postal Service and FedEx Ground. If you require expedited shipping or an alternative carrier, please contact us by email or phone (830-620-1382). Additional charges may apply. At this time, we are unable to process and ship international orders.

RETURNS:  We are committed to your satisfaction. All orders are carefully filled and inspected prior to shipping. Should you receive an incorrect or defective item, however, we are happy to replace it, exchange it, or issue a refund, upon receipt of the item in question. All sales of books, patterns, pantographs, and magazines are final, due to copyright issues. Sales are also final on cut fabrics, clearance & sale items, special purchase items, and special orders. No returns or exchanges are allowed on these categories.

ORDER CANCELLATION:  After placing your order, should you decide you don't want it after all, please contact us immediately by phone (830-620-1382). If the order has not yet been processed, we are happy to cancel all or part of it. If the order has already processed and shipped, you may return it to us and we will credit you for the cost of the items less a 20% restocking fee, subject to the return policy detailed above. We do not refund return shipping costs.
