There are two hotels on site: The Darling and The Star Grand. The Darling publishes room categories including The Darling Rooms, Jewel Suites, Adored Suites, Stellar Suites and Penthouses. The Star Grand publishes Superior King Room, Superior Twin Room, Premium Suite, Royal Suites, Star Suites and two Penthouses. If you are choosing between them, start with The Darling or The Star Grand pages.

For The Darling, an official room count was not verified on the pages we could reach, and secondary figures conflict, so this site does not print a number. The safer way to compare is by published room category and amenity.

The spa page lists Sun–Thu 10:00am–6:00pm and Fri–Sat 10:00am–7:00pm, while the hotel page says 9:30am–7:00pm Mon–Sun. The Darling Spa is published as being on Level 2 of The Darling, with 11 treatment rooms plus two couples suites, a steam room, Darling Spa jacuzzi, boutique gym and a relaxation and tea lounge. The Darling publishes a 25m outdoor pool on Level 5, open 8am–8pm daily and heated to 26 degrees. The Star Grand publishes a harbour-view pool on Level 5, heated to 26 degrees, with The Star Grand Gym and Pool open from 6am–9pm daily. Under-16s must be accompanied at The Star Grand pool. Yes, both hotel pages publish gym information. The Darling Gym is on Level 2 within the spa, open 24 hours daily, and under-16s are not permitted. The Star Grand publishes The Star Grand Gym and Pool on Level 5, open from 6am–9pm daily. If a gym session is central to your stay, ask the desk to confirm current access with the hotel.

No. The venue states: “Guests must be aged 18 years or over to enter the casino.” Before entry, you may be required to provide acceptable proof of age showing you are at least 18, and The Star may retain ID it suspects is forged or falsified. This site does not offer or link to online casino play.

The published standard says patrons are required to be dressed neat and tidy at all times. The unacceptable items listed include singlet or sleeveless tops for males, ripped, torn or soiled clothing, and face paint or disguises that inhibit visual identification. The Star retains the right to refuse entry. These rules are about entry to the physical venue.

The published parking note says there is no parking for vehicles over 2.0m. Car park entrances are the Main Entrance at 55 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont, and the Members Entrance at 2 Edward Street, Pyrmont. Yes. The public transport information states that the L1 Dulwich Hill line stops at The Star, and the venue says light rail runs from Central Station via Darling Harbour to The Star, 7 days. Ferry is also published: the F4 Pyrmont Bay service stops at Pyrmont Bay Wharf, described as a five-minute walk by Sydney Lyric information. You send the desk your dates, the number of adults, the hotel or room category you prefer, and any spa timing you would like checked.
